Michael Pollan on Nightline

Recently, I've been on a health kick.  In January I peaked at 210 lbs.  Today, I weighed a little less than 180.  30+ lbs folks!  But this isn't a post about how I lost so much weight (there will be one for that later).

Michael Pollan's writings and his book In Defense of Food had a heavy influence on me and how I changed my eating behaviors.  I started to eat more whole foods.  More organic foods.  I cut out all the foods that were highly processed and contained lots of sugar.  As a result, I feel healthier and I appreciate food more.
