Chef Thomas Keller in Nashville
I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Thomas Keller today at Williams-Sonoma in Nashville. For the past 10 years, Keller's restaurants, Per Se and The French Laundry, have been consistently ranked among the world's best restaurants. Chef Keller is touring around the US promoting his new book, Ad Hoc At Home.
Known for his hard-driving, perfectionist approach to cooking, Keller softened up when his father became a quadriplegic and became his caretaker. The NY Times did a story on Keller cooking the last meal for his father before he passed away.
