2017 Race Schedule

I started out this year with a goal to hit 175lbs as my resting weight.

Running has been my primary exercise for cardio and weight loss; but it has become something more and consumed my thoughts...

I've researched the best training programs, bought a Garmin GPS watch, spent a fair amount of time on Strava, signed up for several road races and even read a novel on running. The list goes on.

None of these things are the goal. The goal is 175lbs. But my competitive side has taken over. So here are the races I'm running this year:
